👤 2. User Accounts

To list a hearse, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

📝 3. Listing Guidelines

When listing a hearse, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your vehicle
• Upload authentic photos of the actual vehicle (no stock photos)
• Not post prohibited or illegal content
• Respond to inquiries from families in a timely and compassionate manner
• Keep your listing information up to date

🚫 4. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Fake or misleading listings
• Stolen vehicles or illegal goods
• Spam, duplicate, or irrelevant listings
• Inappropriate, offensive, or disrespectful content
• Scams, fraudulent activities, or price gouging
• Harassment or abuse of other users

✅ 5. Listing Approval & Review

All listings are reviewed by our team before being published to ensure quality and trust. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing that violates our guidelines. Approval typically takes within 24 hours.

🤝 6. User Conduct

You agree to treat all users with respect and compassion. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Attempt to bypass our security measures
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose

💼 7. Transactions & Payments

Final Ride GH is a marketplace connecting families with hearse owners. We are not a party to any transaction between users. All payments, pricing, and service agreements are between the family and the hearse owner directly. We do not charge commissions or fees.

⚠️ 8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our community. You may also delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

🔒 9. Limitation of Liability

Final Ride GH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. We provide our platform "as is" and make no warranties about the accuracy or reliability of any listing.

🔄 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
